Registration Requirements for International Companies in The Republic of South Sudan
  1. Copy of Certificate of Incorporation
  2. A copy of Memorandum of Understanding or Article of Association
  3. An application letter from the Head Quarters of the company to the Government of the Republic of South Sudan requesting for registration of the company as a branch office in (RSS).
  4. Power of attorney or Board Resolution to whom you want to represent the company in South Sudan.
  5. Company Bank Statement.
  6. The above (1-5) must be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of that respected country.
  7. Endorsement from South Sudan Embassy in that respected country
  8. Recommendation from your relevant Embassy in South Sudan
  9. Letter of no objection from South Sudan relevant institution to your business
  10. Copies of passports for all shareholders
