2nd Call for Papers
About the Conference
The Kenya Agricultural Research Institute announces the 13th KARI Biennial Scientific Conference. The conference has been organized in collaboration with other stakeholders in the agricultural industry and gives an opportunity to interested researchers to present their recent research findings. This brochure provides specifications of presentations for the conference.

Date: 22nd to 26th October 2012
Venue: KARI Headquarters Complex, Kaptagat Road,Loresho, Nairobi
Theme: “Agricultural innovation system for improved productivity and competitiveness in pursuit of Vision 2030”

Objectives
  1. To provide a forum for sharing breakthroughs and achievements in agricultural research by NARS institutions and partners.
  2. To share innovative approaches and strategies for technology transfer for improving agricultural
  3. products and services.
  4. To interactively create awareness of diversified agricultural research products and services.
  5. To enhance partnerships and strengthen linkages among stakeholders.
  6. To exhibit technologies, products and services of KARI, partners and stakeholders.
