The Kenya Solo Exhibition In Lubumbashi, DRC 26th -31st May, 2014
The Export Promotion Council in collaboration with the Ministry of EA Affairs, Commerce and Tourism, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs & International Trade, Kenya Embassy in Kinshasa, DRC, the Federation Des Enterprises of Congo Katanga, other relevant public and private sectors organisations is spearheading preparations for the first ever Kenya Solo Exhibition in Lubumbashi, DRC scheduled for May, 26th-31st 2014.
The manifestation will also include Business to Business engagements.

The Exhibition will also offer excellent opportunities to Kenyan companies seeking to launch new products, enlarge, consolidate and diversify their market both in DRC and the neighbouring countries of Zambia and Congo Brazaville. Participating companies will equally use this platform to test market, launch new products & services, deepen and strengthen their brand and corporate awareness to the Congolese consumers.

Interested companies are invited to apply for participation in the Exhibition 26th -31st May 2014 by filling the event Application Form which can be obtained downloadable here or at any of our offices at Anniversary Towers, 1st &16th Floor, University Way, or the Regional Offices in Mombasa, and Eldoret during working hours. Duly completed application forms together with requisite support documents should be returned to the Head Office or at our regional offices on or before 17th April 2014.
The Council will provide basic display facilities including a 9m² (3m X 3m) for use during the event. The Council will also assist in freighting a maximum of 100 Kgs of exhibits to Lubumbashi DRC for each of the participating companies.

Those participating will pay a non-refundable participation commitment fee of Kshs. 100,000.00, to compliment the Council’s efforts in facilitating your participation to the event. They will also meet their travel, subsistence and accommodation expenses, or any applicable duties and taxes on exhibits.
