Netherlands Trust Fund III Enhancing Export Competitiveness Global Gap Certificates Award
The Netherlands Trust Fund III Enhancing Export Competitiveness of the Avocado Sector in Kenya finally ended by the awarding of the Global Gap Certificates to the beneficiaries during the stakeholders meeting held in Thika on 15th March 2017. The project was implemented through the partnership of International Trade Centre, Horticulture Crops Directorate, Export Promotion Council and Fresh Produce Exporters Association. The key deliverable were capacity building, market access, global gap certification, contact farming, evaluation, ownership and sustainability.
